Trout Lake

20 minutes drive to Trout Lake which is south of Telluride on hwy 145. Turn left just before Lizard Head Pass and park next to the lake. This is a well stocked lake surrounded by mountains.

Woods Lake

A 30 minute drive from Telluride to Woods Lake. Drive down valley and turn left at Fall Creek to the lake at the end of the road. Woods Lake is in a pleasant setting with Brook Trout. Camping area nearby.
